Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Please take care when trying our products not to damage or stain them.

All items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original packaging and all tags and labels attached.

Refunds are issued in the form of the original payment.We will provide a full refund for the value of the purchased item in the same form as the original payment within 14 days.

EXCHANGES

Due to high turnover of stock we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have purchased an item but want a different size or colour, we recommend:

Booking a return for your item. Once your return has been processed, please pre-purchase the item.

Please note that items sell out quickly, so we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. If you think an item may sell out we recommend you re-purchase the item before returning your order.

FAULTS

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

If an item is deemed as having manufacturer damage/fault, you will not incur any additional costs, and will be offered a replacement item or a refund / gift certificate.

INTERNATIONAL / EXPRESS RETURNS

Please send your return using a trackable service, with your order number to and reason for return to.

YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM

If you have received an item outside of your specified order, or an incorrect size or colour, your order will be amended at no cost to you. Please contact us with any photos of the item and we will send you further information on how to proceed. We will endeavour to get the correct item to you within a normal or express timeframe. If the item is out of stock we will refund you full cost of the item and all initial shipping costs.
